Trail Information
The Barklow Mountain Trail follows the ridge from the end of the end of Forest Road 220 to the location of the old fire lookout on the highest point of Barklow Mountain. This spot offers an excellent view of the Siskiyou Mountains. Part of the trail continues along the north ridge of Barklow Mountain to the site of a Forest Service shelter which has not been used for many years. This trail is maintained on an annual basis.
