Trail Information

The Linton Lake Trail leads to Linton Lake, a popular camping area in the Three Sisters Wilderness. The trail heads out from Alder Springs Campground, through high mountain timber and lava flows to the lake. Linton Falls can be seen after a short hike up the southern most stream flowing into Linton Lake. There is water available at Linton Lake. Boots are strongly recommended.

Directions

From the McKenzie Ranger Station:
Follow Highway 126 east for 3 miles to Highway 242. Follow this to Alder Springs Campground. Continue for .25 mile along Highway 242 to the trailhead on the right
