Trail Information

The Sand Dune Arch Trail leads less than a half mile from the main park road to Sand Dune Arch. There is a parking area near mile marker 16. This provides a turn out for hikers. The trail leads east from the road through deep sand to the arch. The arch is surrounded by sandstone fins. This hike takes around 15 to 30 minutes to complete.

From Main Park Entrance:
Drive north on the park road 16.5 miles to the Sand Dune Arch parking area.
