Trail Information

The Weeping Rock Trail is an easy paved walk that heads a quarter mile north from the trailhead leading to a natural shower. Continuous rain ”weeps” from the ceiling of Weeping Rock above. The route ascends 100 feet leading past hanging gardens fed by water seeping through the Navajo sandstone. Interpretive signs explain the natural history of the area. This is a popular stop for almost everyone who visits Zion Canyon so expect crowds throughout the year.

Directions

From the South Entrance:
Take Highway 9 north to the Zion Canyon Visitor Center. Board one of the shuttle buses at the Visitor Center and ride to Weeping Rock Trailhead.
