Trail Information

The Buck Creek Trail is a moderately low elevation trail paralleling the White Salmon River. The trail stays high above the river gorge with occasional viewpoints from the top. Most of the area is rocky and heavily forested. The trail has rolling grades and three stream crossings.

Directions

From Trout Lake:
Take Forest Road 23 north to Forest Road 80. Take FR80 north to the forest boundary. Continue on Forest Road 80 to Forest Road 31. Take FR 31 approximately one mile west to the trailhead.
