Trail Information

The PJ Lake Trail is a short trail leading less than one mile to PJ Lake. There are camping sites along the lakeshore. The trail begins along Obstruction Point Road approximately three and a half miles from the Hurricane Ridge Visitor Center.

The PJ Lake Trail descends moderately at first then more steeply along Hurricane Ridge. The trail levels for a short distance then descends once again before reaching the northern shoreline.

Directions

From Port Angeles:
Take Hurricane Ridge Road south 5 miles to the park entrance. Within the park, the road leads approximately 11.5 to a junction with Obstruction Point Road. Turn left and travel 3.5 miles southeast to the PJ Lake Trailhead. The trail leads northeast from the road.
